General Policy
Odonto Instruments Manufacturing Co sells only to legitimate businesses. We do not sell the products to end user in market. Odonto Instruments reserves the right to refuse shipments to any person, or company that cannot provide evidence of being an actual retailer, or wholesaler.

Payment Terms
Far a small amount we accept the payment 100% in advance, and in large amount 50% payment will be in advance and the rest 50% when the products will be ready for dispatched.

Shipping Policy
Our number one priority is to ship your order as quickly as possible and every effort will be made to ship all orders in time frame. All orders will be shipped depend on mode of transport and the weight of products. Normally we send small orders via DHL, UPS, FedEx and in large order By Air cargo or by Sea/Ocean.

Shortage/ Damage
All claims for shortage, damage, or otherwise unacceptable goods in the shipment must be in writing and made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
